I wanted to share this video with you of a word I received while talking with a client about her process of freedom.

If you have ever watched any version of The Wizard of Oz, this message will hit you like a ton of yellow bricks. Get your notebook out because you are about to be blessed as we break down Dorothy's journey and her ability to get back home.

The GOD of Through

 Great Day Reader!

Look at me posting three posts in one month!!! LOL This is going to be a good year. The other morning during my quiet time I got a revelation about GOD. The revelation didn't make sense until I started thinking about one particular scripture...Psalms 23:4 "Even when I walk THROUGH the darkest valley, I will not be afraid (NLT). That word THROUGH stuck out to me like a sore thumb. It rang in my spirit and I to do more research on scriptures with the word THROUGH. Now these are just a few but they hold true to the revelation that I got.

• When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk THROUGH the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. (Isaiah 43:2)
• For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.(Phi 4:13) The verse most people know

Do you see the revelation? Ok, Maybe not. The Through of GOD is the power of His resiliency, the grace of His peace, the unconditional actions of his love, the limitlessness of His Mercy, and the reminder of your purpose. The Through of GOD creates a space of stillness. It reminds us that we have to be in a place where we make space for GOD to do His job. The Through of GOD allows you to be in a place to see His hand at work in real time. 

This revelation of the Through of GOD is deep and it really has allowed me to realize how to apply the THROUGH of GOD in real-time, especially during these difficult times and unknown spaces. Today, I challenge us to active  the Through of GOD so we can be beyond the space of survival to the place of victory and live in the blessings of GOD found in John 10: 10 "I came that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." This scripture emphasizes the abundant life that can be found THROUGH Jesus Christ.

Prayer: GOD right now let us work the power of your Through by letting good of our expectations of what we want things to look like for our lives. Help us to take hold of your stillness, bask in your peace, walk in the purpose of your will and love, and expose our struggles to you. We trust your GOD and we thank you that in your Through we can do the mind-blowing things you called us to. In Jesus Name! Ament

The Friction of Wind

So today while at prayer Daddy revealed to me the purpose of wind. No it's not just to circulate the pollen in the air or keep us cool. The wind at its greatest speed will cause a great friction to occur that will cause things that were hidden or unknown to be revealed. Don't believe me? Let me give you scripture to back it up. Mark4:38-41
³⁸ Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”
³⁹ He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.
⁴⁰ He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
⁴¹ They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!”

Now I know you are saying what did the wind reveal in these verses? Well something great actually. Let's examine each verse to see how the wind revealed some great things starting with 38. In verse 38 we see two things that were revealed. The comfort, peace, and calmness of Jesus and the doubt of the disciples. Verse 39 we see the authority of Christ and the obedience of the wind. Verse 40 reveals the hearts of the disciples, their lack of faith, and dare I say it religious mindset. Ok let me pause because someone might get offended. But let me say this. These men had seen Jesus heal the sick, raise the dead, feed 5,000 with 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread with leftovers, and never went without anything. Yet they did not feel that Jesus the one that did all of this, could not save them from the strength of a might wind? This is the mindset of some believers (me included) if it's a great thing Daddy can do it but he does not specialize in the minor. WRONG!!! He specializes in all things concerning his children whether it is corporately or individually. Minor or Major. Religion in the sense I am talking about, is doing the action without the relationship. Or in disciples case seeing the work and going through the motions of following without realizing the work, works for them. I  know that sounds  heavy (in the words of my sister) so let me break this down in simple terms. That's like getting saved but not realizing it comes with benefits for the here and now. That's like having bluetooth capabilities and still holding the phone because you are not use to the accessibility that the bluetooth gives you. I hope you get it. So in summary, the disciples had access to Jesus and knew with him that miracle, signs, and wonders would happen but they forgot that it applied to them as well.... That's religion.... Ok, lets examine the last and final verse...Verse 41, which revealed three things... 1. That the disciples had allow the spirit of fear to consume them so much that even after Jesus gave them peace, they were still doubtful. 2. The disciples realized the authority of Jesus. 3. (Last, but not least) The disciples hearts had fail to realize who they were truly connected to. Isn't that crazy that after all that Jesus had done in these verses they were still left with questions. But that's like us, right. We ask Daddy to do something, give us a sign, or answer a prayer... He does it and we are still left questioning things about him. But I am here to tell you that the friction of the wind also creates space and opportunity for something new. Even thought verse 41 ends with a questions it also create the moment of growth that lead to so many great historical and biblical events. Events that gave us access to Daddy. So the questions now come: Are you ready for the friction of the wind in your life? Are you ready to see the heart that the wind will reveal when it comes to your relationship with Daddy? I know I am ready for the wind...it maybe painful, but it will at least create the opportunity and moment for me to passionately pursue JESUS and draw closer to Daddy.

Prayer: Daddy thank you, that though the winds in our lives may seem strong and unmanageable, we can call on the name JESUS and find peace, rest, and calmness. We thank you that it's at the name of JESUS that the winds must obey. We thank you, that we will never doubt or have little faith in the things of you Daddy.  Draw us closer to you through the winds of your glory, your peace, your grace and mercy. In Jesus Name, AMEN!

In This Seasson

Hello Readers!!!

So if you all don't know the I have been working on her thesis and feeling like I am getting no where! But I read the Arise5 (the prophetic journal based on the Hebrew calendar.. check it out at: www.arise5.com)  and I am getting my strength back. But I want to encourage you like I was encourage. We are in the month of Tammuz which is one that is filled with great things and I am so excited to see them manifest. There where six things that really stuck out that we must be aware of and make part of our lives. 1. This is the season where GOD is going to show you areas in your life that you need to adjust in order to remain in his will and stay on the path that he has called you to. 2. Light. This is the season where your light will need to shine bright and this will happen by accepting and taking on the glory of GOD. This is done by being in his presence through prayer and worship. Ask GOD to take your worship to another level that His glory will be just as real to other as it is to you. 3. Delay (this one is for me) This is the month to celebrate the delays in your life, and know that they are the confirmations of GOD's preparation for your victory and promotion. 4. Choice.In this seasoning choosing to accept the positive in negative situations is crucial. You must speak the word in faith this season when it comes to negativity. Celebrate the positive in your life. I hope she doesn't mind but I love the fact that friend  was able to celebrate the healing of her son's heart but not only that, when he had to be place back on oxygen for a while she stayed positive by say "it's just for a moment". That's how we must response to negativity "IT'S JUST FOR A MOMENT," and if we declare the word of the LORD it will be just for a second. 5. Vulnerable... OOOOOOO I know some of us have a hard time with this word but this is necessary in this season. We can't be super heroes in handling those moments that seem overwhelming in our own strength, it's time that you tap into ... Say it with me Circle of Influence which brings me to my last point....6. Relationships. It's time to look at your circle to make sure it's still healthy, productive, functioning, and balance. I know it's heart and hard to prune and add to our circle but in this season it is necessary. Make sure your circle doesn't get stale and that you are open to new relationships.

Prayer: Daddy we thank you that we are in a season where life, light, delay, choices, vulnerability, and relationships are key essentials to how we function in this season. WE thank you that we have life in you, and you give us life more abundantly as we stay on the path that you called us to. Help us with every assignment that we encounter daily, that you may get the glory in our actions. Helps us seek your face always that your presence will become and remain real to us and your glory may be the light that the world sees in us. Daddy help us accept, rejoice, and understand your delay is not a denial only a setup for your blessings. Help us Daddy to make the right choice in this season. That we speak your word during negative situations and stand on the promise of your positive outcome. Daddy help us become vulnerable in our times of needs that we seek out help when we need it the most as well as accept the help of others. Help us Daddy to not only be givers but receivers. Some of us are quick to give and slow to receive, help us find balance in both areas. Last Daddy gives us the strength and the heart to let go of the relationships that don't grow us, that paralyze us in hurt, disappointment, unforgiveness, and discouragement. Help us make room for new relationships and give us the wisdom in who to let in and out of our lives. Help us not to see the pruning process as a place of pain , but one of growth and healing. In Jesus Name. Amen!

Do you See It?

It's been a while since I post something and I saw this on my memories on my facebook page and thought it would be a good thing to share with my blogger especially since it was written 7 years ago.

Well Do you see it? Is your vision as clear as you think it is? Even with my glasses or contacts I couldn't see it. I couldn't see that my vision was off and that I been placed in a category. No one place me there but me, and now I'm having a "How in the Heck DID I GET HERE," moment. Have you ever had one of those? I had to do a vision check and in my check I realize that there are three different visions.

Clear Vision: the ability to notice and acknowledge the facts but activate the faith.
• When you have clear vision you understand that failures are the cosigners to success.

Blurry Vision: knowing and focusing on the facts with the knowledge of what faith can do.
• Placing your failure in the position where they outweigh  your accomplishments along with the element of ignorance will cause you to have blurry vision.

Blindness: faithfully doubting
• Can’t see pass your past, because the pain is still in your present

I realize that I had blurry vision only because I couldn’t see pass my own failure and embrace the lessons that were attached to them. It’s so crazy. I would have rather stayed in a place of ignorance than embrace the knowledge. I would have rather stay in a place of comfort than to move into my place of destiny. But now I realize that my vision must improve and I must realize the greatness of the element of my vision when I set my dreams, goals, and faith into action.

My challenge to you: analyze your vision and make sure you are seeing the right thing.


Prayer: Daddy today we come to you asking you to speak to our vision. We have been in a place where our vision may not have been so clear  or it was clear but we did not act in the clarity of it. Daddy we asked that forgive us of our disobedience and  remove any thing that my hinder the clarity of our vision and remove our will from your plan. Daddy submit ourselves to your vision and we yield to what you have called us to. Give us vision clarity right now that we may move in  the things of you . In Jesus Name. Amen!

The Art of Fighting

This has been a week. It has been a week of constant fighting and constant trust in the word of GOD. For the last two years FEAR has been my biggest fight. The FEAR of failure, FEAR of rejection, FEAR of sacrifice, FEAR of not being loved or being able to love again, FEAR of not completing goals, FEAR of losing more than I can handle, FEAR of grieving, FEAR of the enemy, FEAR of me and ability to be successful, FEAR of the unknown, FEAR of losing, and most importantly FEAR of not being good enough. That's a lot of FEAR I know and as I type this I feel the weight of FEAR being revealed and release off my life so let me keep typing. F.E.A.R. False Evidence Appearing Real. The word of GOD clearly states that GOD has not given us the spirit of FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) but has given the power, love, and sound mind (2Tim1:7 ) So why is the fight so great when it comes to FEAR? Why is it so great to the point it that it can manifest as  a spirit that can over take your mind even in your dream. That even in the places you see as your safety the spirit of FEAR continues to be ever present. For me it has manifested in my dreams. I can have pleasant dream and then the natural manifestation of FEAR comes in and I wake up to the enemy standing over me trying to over take me. But today I take on the art of fighting. The first thing we must due when facing fear is we must learn how to trust Daddy. So many times we cause our own fear by losing focus on what Daddy has told us to do. Disobedience will cause the door of FEAR to creep open. We must meditate on the word  that gives us simple instructions on how to focus: Fear not for I am with you. (Isa. 41:10) How can we take this instruction and apply it to our life? Well if Daddy told us that he is with us then we have nothing to lose. He also states that nothing can separate us from his love, (Romans 8:38) NOTHING. So when FEAR makes you feel like you have been separated from GOD know that this is just the trick of the enemy, because the only thing that separates you from Daddy is you. Now that you know that GOD is always with you, you have to trust the presence of his love. Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing. You have to trust the song that GOD sings over you know that it is one with great plans and it will restore your joy, give you peace, and allow you to know that he will always save you no matter what.  After you have trust him, dwell in his love, you next must operate an take your position of authority. First power you possess is your faith. Hebrew 11:1 For Faith is the confidence... We are going to stop right there. Faith is your confidence with it your can conquer everything! It causes you to speak with boldness and assurance that whatever you tell Daddy he will do, but also it allows you to cast down, destroy, and cancel the assignments, ambushes, and attacks of the enemy. Second remember your place, title, and position. Psalms 8:4-6 discusses our position and power:  "what are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them? Yet you made them only a little lower than God  and crowned them with glory and honor. You gave them charge of everything you made, putting all things under their authority." Let me encourage you some more about your power. Romans 8:11 states that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is the same power that lives inside of us. Wait so you mean to tell me that the same power that rolled the stone away, took off Jesus's dead clothes, and clothed him with clothing of life lives in me?!?! Yep that's what I am saying. So what power does FEAR really have but what you give it. So today let's conquer this False Evidence Appearing Real that we  have given power to. Let's stand in our true authority and rest in FAITH know that GOD will always make a way out of no way and he will do beyond what he said he would do. 

Prayer: Daddy thank you for always giving us the answers to our issues, situations, circumstances, and reminding us of our power, authority, and position in you. Daddy we thank you with that all we need is in you and that FEAR has no power over your love, joy, peace, and presence. We thank you that in our thanksgiving you take hold to our FEAR and create a yearning to have faith in your word, promises, will, and perfect timing. Daddy we thank you that on today that every thing that we labled or connected to FEAR is being destroyed and we relinquished the power of the enemy out and off our life. We will no longer feed the spirit of FEAR by submitting to it's authority. We take the spirit of FEAR under our authority that we have due to our position of being the sons and daughters of the Most High, and we cast it to the pit of hell in which it was formed and we release the power of your love and trust in you GOD In JESUS NAME. We thank you Daddy that we shut down the gates of the enemy and we cancel every plan that has been formed to destroy us through the use of FEAR. We thank you DADDY that we declare victory and freedom from FEAR and we no longer yield to the authority of FEAR or the plans to FEAR. We sit, we taken in, and we continue to speak FAITH in our life. When things are unknown we speak FAITH that you will give us the wisdom and guidance that we need through your Holy Spirit to get to the destination that you called us to. When things seem uneased we speak your love, knowing that in your love you soothe all our issues and calm us with your peace.  Daddy we laugh at FEAR knowing that the reality of it's manifestation is not real and that it can only have the power we allow it to have in our life. We thank you that all is well and FEAR is not some we submit to but something we have defeated in the art of fighting it with FAITH. In JESUS NAME. AMEN 

All I need

 I feel some kind of way and I don't know why but in the way that I feel it seems like defeat is the only thing I can feel. I am so in a place where I need the supernatural move of GOD to be so real that I know that GOD is about to do something mind blowing.. Have you ever been there? In a place where you need Daddy to do something like RIGHT now?!? Like Daddy if you don't move right now I know that I am going to lose it no matter how much I try to hold it together?!? Am I by myself? Well even if I am just in case one day you feel like this I want to share my wisdom.. HOLD ON!! YEP!! HOLD ON. Even when it doesn't look like GOD is moving or even hearing you because all you do is sit in silence waiting on a response, he is doing something. But I am always reminded of the formula of GOD. IF you then he will. If you hold fast to the promise then he will manifest just what he said. IF you speak his word then he has no choice but to manifest it. IF you ask he has no choice but to give it to you. He can't lie he is not a man, so you have to get to a place where you stop seeing him as such. I know you don't, but I find myself doing it...I know that he is our GREAT GOD, but because of my relationship with him and how we operate I forget how great he is. I want him to come to my level so he can feel my pain, emotions, and feelings, when he is trying to get me to his level. The level of peace, joy, love, provision, wisdom, understand, and pure trust. But can I tell you that it can be difficult when you are in crisis. When you are in a place where you are like GOD if you don't move I don't know how to make something happen for me, but I am about to make something happen!!! If I am by myself again.. that's fine but I know I am not! I just came to encourage you my readers and say.. HOLD FAST!!! What seems like a lifetime of waiting is only seconds to Daddy. What seems like stillness, is actually rapid movement to GOD. We will never be able to catch up with the timing of GOD, but we can always be in the right place to experience the benefits of his perfect timing.

Prayer: Daddy help us to hold on and hold fast to your word and promises. Help us to be in the position that we can experience the benefits of your perfect timing. Let us never become weary in our well doing that we lose focus of your presence and glory. Even in silence assure us that you are still listening and in stillness that you are still working for our good. We thank you that everything we lay at your feet, especially when we are in crisis. We thank you that what we lay at your feet is being worked on, worked through, completed, removed, destroyed, restored, and manifesting for our good. For your words says that your plans for us are great and they will manifest hope and a productive future for your glory. Daddy help us and let us remain in the vain of your glory. In JESUS NAME! AMEN

Dear Future Husband:

You know the saying behind every great man is a great woman? I don't believe that. I believe that beside every great man is a woman willing to help him with life's challenges, protect him when he is frustrated, speak life to him when he is feeling useless, and be what he needs when he feels the world is against him. I believe together they become great and their marriage blooms into a beautiful example of love. Now society thinks that this a myth, especially in the black community, but I think we can prove them wrong and make it a fact.

The Revelation of A New Year

Hello fellow readers and followers! I know it has been a while since I last blogged and I do apologize. I have had several Daddy Daughter Conversations dealing with me and I have been processing them daily. Today before I share the Revelation of A New Year I want to say thank you! Thank you for reading, supporting, and just being open enough to tell Daddy I want a conversation with you too. I hope that my blogs have spark a greater relationship with Daddy for you, that you not only see these as good word lessons or thought provoking things, but something that causes change in your life and your relationship with Daddy.


Daddy before we start can I thank you for a new year. This year of greatness I declare. A year of us and many more conversations. A year of knowing you better and taking our relationship further. Thank you Daddy for this moment and always taking time out to speak with me, to hear me, and answer me. Thank you Daddy for your Holy Spirit that guidance me daily. But Daddy as we I take part of a new year I have so many resolutions that I wish to accomplish and get done before the year is over. Things that cause growth in my natural and spiritual life. I want to be able to feel like I accomplish something this year. Daughter, that sounds great and excellent, but can I tell you that you are limiting yourself with these resolutions. But Daddy they are just goals to accomplish throughout the year. Daughter, I hear you and again that sounds good, but in your resolutions your limit me. You set goals that may include me, but the goals that you set limit me to do what I need to do in that plan. If you say you want to read my word daily through the year and you do it, where is there room for me to show you the lesson behind what you just read, or helping you to apply that to your life. Daughter, please don't do another year of resolutions, because resolutions only apply to the year that you make them, but if you take hold to having a year of revelations then I can speak things you never thought about. A Year of Revelations Daddy? Yes, Daughter a year of revelations. The difference between my revelation and your resolution is: your resolution only gives you answers for that year, it limits how you can grow, and it carries no real weight. To sum it up Daughter it is simply a task and goal list for the year that includes me in the mix. But a revelation....Daughter that is different. The revelation start in one year and lasts a lifetime. See Daughter in a revelation I can do beyond what you set to do. I have room to grow you in new areas, develop new gifts in you, heal you beyond the simple things you ask for, and love you back to me in various ways. I can renew what you thought was old, bring back to life what you thought was dead, because you didn't accomplish it last year. I can create peace in you beyond your understanding this year if you get the revelation. So Daughter what is your decision.... Are you going to make new years resolutions or revelations. Daddy I choose your revelation of my resolution. Daughter, I think you have made a wise choice. I love you and look forward to the Revelations that this New Year can bring you. Thank you Daddy. Love you Daughter!

The Evidence

About a week ago I had the opportunity to be in the mist of healing session. Two friends who had been praying for healing in two different ways but the same area. One was in need of a breakthrough when it came to conceiving the other healing from an operation. Both needed something new to happen with their husbands and marriage and even their attitude about their marriage. Have you been there? Seeking GOD for a change but not changing your attitude about what you seeking change in or for? I have... My Prayers would be like...Daddy please change my heart about this.... or Daddy please allow me to have a better attitude about this.... But no where in waiting on Daddy to do his thing that I did mine. No where did I speak positive about the situation or even allow there to be a place of praise and thanksgiving about the expected outcome. SIDEBAR: The evidence of what you asking Daddy to manifest is in your pre response not your post. Stop waiting to see the signs and wonders of Daddy working on your behalf and start thanking him that he has worked on your behalf and the signs and wonders will only add to your testimony. Ok... Sorry back to the post. So while out of town we had the opportunity to have a conversation with a great man of GOD who gave us words for all our situations. But it was not only the conviction that brought breaking, but the evidence. The evidence of the breathe or wind of GOD. What is the breathe or wind of  GOD? The Holy Spirit, the one that JESUS called the comforter. John 14:16-18 says: 16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. (KJV)

The evidence of Daddy's love after giving his son to be sacrificed can be found in the post resurrection event of JESUS talking to his disciples. He not only calls the Holy Spirit the comforter, but, is truth, a gift that the world would not be able to receive, and he would dwell with you always. Then in the end of it, JESUS leaves us with the evidence that he will never leave us (you) comfortless. What does this have to do with anything you ask? The evidence of the Holy Spirit allow us to have the evidence of peace and comfort, because he is our truth he allows what we see to be blocked and reveals what Daddy sees for us.  The evidence of the comforter even goes farther when we look at Acts 1 & 2 and see the story of the day of Pentecost and how people were filled with the Holy Spirit, baptized in the spirit, and the spirit was poured out. The evidence!  This same evidence is what my friends in their situations experience. The out pour of the Holy Spirit and the manifestation of great comfort. I think this is what Daddy want for us, but because of unsure faith of the manifestation of the  results we seek or the results we can't control; we miss the evidence of the Holy Spirit. But we must remember that in the out pouring the evidence of the Holy Spirit yield supernatural result that cause life changing actions.

Prayer: Daddy so many times we find ourselves asking for things that we must first prepare ourselves for. That we must lean not on our own understanding and vision, but the vision and understanding of you. We seek your supernatural without tapping into what you have place in us, The Comforter... The Holy Spirit. Daddy as we yield our issues, situations, and circumstances to you, we not only take upon an attitude of victory, but an attitude of tapping into the evidence of the comforter. That the Holy Spirit shall pour out a breathe of comfort and truth, guiding us to a place of purpose in you. Daddy thank you for the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit thank you for interceding on our behalf, for setting the atmosphere for supernatural results from Daddy, for being the comforter we need in hard, unrealistic, faithless, and hopeless times in our lives. We thank you JESUS for your sacrifices for your promise to never leave us comfortless. In JESUS name...AMEN!
